When KeyPay launched in 2012, the 4 co-founders shared a passion for one thing - changing the way people work - and strived to create a company that put its people first and challenged conventional thinking. We believe that work is just one part of life, and our mission is to challenge the norm and offer a delightful experience both to our own employees and to our customers. And that’s exactly what we do at KeyPay each day.
We don’t just talk about the cloud; we live and breathe it in everything we do. The KeyPay team are located all around the globe and work either virtually or from our offices based in Sydney and Wollongong. We use the latest technology to get stuff done. We don’t use email (or have meetings for that matter!). Instead we use Slack, Trello and Google Suite to communicate and collaborate effectively. And because our people often choose to work from home, we cover their mobile service and broadband charges.
Attitude is key
It's easy to teach people the skills needed to do a job, but it's harder to teach them a good attitude. We believe that if you’re willing to roll your sleeves up, try new things and help your teammates to get things done, that’s much more valuable than a superstar with a big ego. We take our work seriously - but not ourselves!
